Lucy provided my sister and me with an absolutely excellent level of service.  She made a sad, difficult and emotive time for the family so much easier so bear.  We did not expect to lose our beloved youngest brother so early in his life.  We found Lucy to be very cordial, gracious, sympathetic and helpful.

Terry was just as empathic and courteous.  

Your staff members fit their job roles exceedingly well.  You are very fortunate to have each of them on board.

We included a live stream and one the people on the live stream commented that the live stream was stopped before the service finished as it stopped when the final piece of music started and that was an important part of the service
