I was unhappy I was originally given a crematorium miles from the church when Beckenham was just around the corner. I had to complete all the documents again at home. The proof for the order of service was completely wrong and put me under considerable stress and pressure to approve the revised version. I expressed concern by email that my Uncle had not been shaved. I never received a reply. I had no contact from the office until the day before the funeral so when I was asked if I wanted anyone to help carry the coffin it was too late to ask anyone.  On the day, the funeral went well and I was happy with the funeral director and his staff.

Good service all round. Felt very comfortable with the arrangements and not pressurised to do anything contrary to the deceased’s wishes.  
There’s a wide range of choices available to suit all eventualities.

Tracue made such a sad occasion alot more bearable, from the very start she was kind, caring and extremely professional, the whole process was quick and easy due to her hard work ethic, she really took care of every detail efficiently and efficiently, on the day the staff were extremely professional warm and kind, I couldn't have asked for anything more, I would throughly recommend this branch they were outstanding

Everything was handled with Care & Coop Sydenham put themselves out for us & Mum. Very Good customer services and we where keep in formed ever step of the way. Im glad i took mums funeral plan out with Coop. It made it less stressful for the family.
