Initially I had enormous problems contacting them...probably because they use a Manchester head office call centre
It was often difficult to contact the branch...possibly because of staff looking after more than one branch
However my fears over any problems extending to the day of the funeral were not realised thank goodness
On the day everything was excellent.The limo being on time,the Funeral Director was outstanding with her care and organisation,I have nothing but praise ...the day was worthy of a 5 stars appraisal

Coop funeralcare has been excellent all through this period. I would say John at the Kentish Town branch has been particularly excellent in the service he has provided. The death of a family member is always stressful. Talking to John always made me feel at ease and made a difficult situation much more bearable and stress free. I highly recommend

John and Jade were sensitive efficient and acted with compassion.

Professionalism is a rare commodity these days and these people have it intrinsically for which I am wholeheartedly grateful.

Considering John had only just started he was excellent and worked with a layer of humanity that shows he is perfect for his position and is an asset to the Coop and in particular the people that will pass through his care.

Jade was professional and guided John calmly and patiently as well as being present and informative us as clients.

I do feel lucky to have been met with this duo and wish them both luck as they go forward in their respective positions.

The Co-op Funeralcare were recommended to me by five different people: everyone had positive feedback.
I couldn't have wished for a better funeral - they allowed me to tailor the Funeral to exactly what I wanted. They were compassionate also to me at a time of grief.

The service received was to the highest standard possible. Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Rebecca was a great comfort when arranging the funeral and even phoned a few days later to inquire how I and my family were. Richard and team were wonderful on the day itself. For these reasons I have already recommended the Co op funeral service . I have to add it was noticed by the congregation how thoughtful the co op was.

The Funeral arrangements organised by funeral director Craig and his colleagues was excellent. They meet and greet was sympathic and respectful. The journey in the Hearst was slow and smooth. The communication explaining what we had to do and what would happen was excellent. I would like to thank the whole coop funeral care Kentish Town branch for an excellent service they provide from the moment I first met Rebecca the funeral arranger. After the long delay in getting our beloved Mum buried it certainly help ease some of our grief. Colin Fraser.

I could have asked for a better service than I received with Co-op. Everything was done sympathetically but also very efficiently. I have no complaints whatsoever and would recommend them without hesitation.
