I was in communication with Caroline at Petts Wood regarding my Mum's direct cremation. I feel that the price was fair and that Caroline dealt with the matter in an efficient/hassle-free manner with very good communication, which is what one wants when dealing with something as unfortunate as this. I recommended Petts Wood Funeralcare and would like to thank Caroline for all her help with this.

Overall very pleased with the service both in the preparation and the funeral itself. Couple of feedback points: I was surprised the lady arranging the funeral did not wear a mask or even offer to wear a mask in the shop and it was sometimes a little difficult to get hold of her. That said she was very pleasant and helpful, so overall experience was very positive.

Caroline at the Petts Wood Branch of the Co op Funeral office was excellent.

She
was sympathetic, knowing how my sons and I were feeling; and she explained what the Co op could offer, with great clarity.



She went through the steps that were required, and the relevant course that would be followed, including the date and time, as well as the place she recommended for the service to be held. It all fell into place as she recommended. The Funeral Director and his team were excellent as well, and we were satisfied that my wife had a beautiful and meaningful 'send off', which was thoroughly deserved as the story of her life as my




lovely lady.
