Would like to say how professional and well organised the co op funeral service was. From start to finish they were so understanding and helpful, giving us guidance on how to arrange dads funeral so smoothly. You made it very special we couldn't thank you enough. Jolene was so helpful and guided us though all we needed to do, effortlessly. She was a shining star ☀️

Jolene was incredibly supportive and helpful in helping us arrange a direct cremation. Everything was handled with the utmost respect and dignity. All very clearly explained with no pressure put on any of us when deciding on what we wanted. Highly recommend.

Jolene has organised four funerals for our family now. Each one has been dealt with professionally and sympathetically. She handles each and every question calmly and is very knowledgeable. You know you are in very capable hands. The staff on the funeral day were also extremly kind and considerate. Excellent in every way. Thank you.

From the first time we met Jolene, she lead us through the whole process, advising if we were uncertain about any aspect for the funeral arrangements, without encroaching on the grief we were having in deciding what option to take. The celebrant we wanted was not available for the date and time and suggested Michelle Harvey. What a great suggestion Jolene made, together with the florist, Miranda Andrews. Michelle took our drafts tributes and added her own magic, likewise Miranda's floral tributes were beautiful. Each time we saw Jolene, she was extremely professional but with a very personal touch, nothing was too much bother and she made, what was a very difficult and sad time, so much easier to come to terms about. A number of mourners, both at the service and watching via the weblink, commented after the service that it was such a lovely service and one of the nicest they had been to or seen, this is a testament to Jolene, Michelle and Miranda's input. I cannot praise them high enough. Thank you.

The treatment we received from Jolene & Sam was first rate, the compassion they showed is not something that can be taught . Nothing was too much trouble, they were always there to help.

The whole service was perfect. The limousine and hearse, the undertakers, the flowers, the service, the location, Michelle who conducted the service, Jolene, all was perfect and just the service my mum wanted to give my dad the send off he deserved

The Co-op FC were going to reinstate the flower order. They didn't (the funeral had been cancelled once due to Coroner). The order of service cards were not available. It was like a paupers funeral. Very disappointing.

From start to finish they were caring sympathetic and helpful.   Nothing was too much effort.   They carried out our wishes with dignity and care.  Mums coffin was beautiful.  They even were happy to drive my mum passed her favourite places on route.    Thank you so much.  Definitely recommend

Excellent service. Efficient and most caring. This is the third time of using Co-op Orpington. Each time has been the same helpful and reassuring experience from the first visit to the actual funeral day.

The whole thing was made as easy as it could be, mostly due to Jolene who was excellent. Paul also and Celebrant - Corrine Jordan Gough really helped achieve exactly what was needed. Use the Co-op, they are marvellous. Thank you Co-op.
