Excellent service from the start from the Beckenham Branch.I and my family really appreciated everything Nicholas and the team did to accommodate our wishes with  professionalism and compassion. Also introducing us to other services to ensure Dad’s funeral was perfect and personal to us.

A special mention to Victoria whose attention to detail was outstanding together with her lovely calming manner organising funeral mass, committal and burial.
It made a difficult period bearable for which we will always be thankful . With gratitude and heartfelt thanks

Nick and the team organised my father's funeral at Beckenham Crematorium recently. They were unbelievably helpful. Deciding on the crematorium, the programme, the celebrant, the webcast, the grave and all the other details were made so much easier by Nick's gently cheerful, friendly and open demeanour. Nothing is too much trouble, and saving money is all in the package. He also recommended a celebrant, Jo Napthine as suitable for our programme who helped us develop a beautiful celebration of my father's life and then led it for us. The last tribute to my father by all all the family was a positive experience none of us will forget, including those who watched from home because of Covid.
I could not ask for a better funeral to say goodbye to my dad.

Right from the very first meeting with wibberley we felt at ease and reassured that our mum's service would be a heart felt and caring one.
The phone conversations and visits leading up to the service carried on there care and planing.
they also provided us with an excellent celebrant she conducted our service beautifully.

Planning a funeral in London, when located in Bristol, could have made things more complicated. But for Nick, nothing was too much trouble

Nick and his team made things easier for us and were a pleasure to deal with at a difficult time. I deliberately wanted to choose a more modern and contemporary firm of undertakers and was rewarded with an approach that enabled us to have the funeral and touches that went with it, that were exactly what we wanted. There were challenges as the funeral arrangements fell into place just before the March lockdown, and I was particularly grateful for the advice Nick gave us to go ahead with plans because it enabled us to have many more in attendance than if we'd delayed and then fell under the lockdown rules. I would be happy to recommend Nick and his team to others. It made a difficult time a good deal easier.

Every care was taken from beginning to end of the whole process. A very professional service with personnel care. 
Nothing was too much trouble .Mr Wibberley always said it was our funeral and to say exactly what we would like. If he could do it he would.

Completely professional and compassionate.
They went beyond all expectations especially in travelling across London to retrieve the body from a Covid storage depot on the next day.
They treated my wife with dignity and arranged everything to run to plan including televising the service so everyone not allowed to attend could watch.
I was so impressed that I have already paid for my funeral with them when the time comes.

I went to Wibberley’s with my son and daughter after my husband’s death. We met Nick - he was so helpful as he guided us through the various processes and options that could be offered. We all agreed that this would be the right choice of funeral directors for us. Nick was able to assure us that our specific choices could be met with dignity and respect. This certainly proved to be the case. A local funeral service took place; immediate family and many friends attended. My husband was then taken to Staffordshire where we met other family members and friends for a short burial ceremony the next day.
We felt that Wibberleys treated us with the care and empathy that would have been given to a member of their own family - we could not have asked for more. These comforting memories stay with me and our family.

From our very first contact with Nick we had absolute faith in his ability to give my father the dignified and personal send off that he deserved. Nothing was too much trouble, including procuring a motorcycle hearse. I must also mention Andrew who dealt with my many requests without question and with complete professionalism; he is a definite asset to the business.
