From our first meeting with Neil at Albins office in Mottingham, through to the service itself, everything was done respectfully and professionally. Steve was in charge of the limousine and hearse on the day, and he and his team were immaculately turned out and the timing of the days events ran like clockwork. It was so good to have that professional support on the day, leaving family and friends to pay their respects to mum. Many thanks, Ian.

From the first phone call up until the funeral they were very kind and considerate. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they even helped with recommending a celebrant and a florist.  Both of which were just as lovely and helpful and would recommend to anybody.  At the very worse time of your life Albins make things a little easier.

Firstly want to thank Denise in the office who was an absolute star. Always keeping the family informed of times etc.
From calling the Albin to ask them to collect my dads body, the service received was impeccable. Everything was spot on, from the moment your cars arrived at our house, the drive to the church was something we will never forget.  The staff are very professional and patient. They know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. I cannot thank them enough for the lively service received. I highly recommend Albin to everyone. 
Johnathan thank you personally also for everything you did for my family on the day. You was amazing.

Albins have been fantastic and gave the best send off. They were extremely professional and everything was done with the upmost respect. Communication was fantastic and Denise sorted everything out and made it as easy as possible. They were extremely understanding and sympathetic and made things so easy to arrange so we as a family could grieve and not worry about all the tiny details. They sorted everything. We were met with very tragic circumstances surrounding the death our dad, and loving husband to our Mum, during this time of inconceivable grief and suffering somehow Albin’s with their compassionate approach and care for my mum, the family and my late dad made things a lot easier on the family. Denise Creed in particular based at the Mottingham branch was just the tonic we needed. Despite our sadness she made this a very happy journey for us all. Denise and the team made everything possible even allowed us to be able to hold our dads hand with dignity despite the length of time because of the circumstance, when I am sure most Funeral Directors would have said no, Albin’s said yes, we will make it possible, they were constantly guided by want the family wanted and needed. The way they treated all the family and my dad with so much respect and dignity really moved us to tears. There was very little for us to do, Albin’s took care of everything you can just tell they respond to every ... one individually. The service and my Dad’s day was made fit for a King our King Arthur, To Albin’s and the Team we would never forget your kindness and compassion see you at the memorial Gardens on the 1st, as this is not the end this is only the beginning, Love Annette, Jennifer, Karen, Lisa, Claire, Danielle, Ajay, Amelia, Giovanni and Colin a huge thank you and an even bigger thank you from Arthur. When my husband passed away in 2008, I was recommended to go to F.A. Albins.  In the past 13 years, have also recommended Albins, to friends,as I think they are the best undertakers in South East London.  Recently, my cousin passed away, so naturally went to Albins,  Mottingham branch.  Neil, the manager, and Denise.  I was shown, compassion, and were both very helpful.  On an extremely sad day, it was lovely to know, I was giving a loved one a good send off.  A beautiful touch was the lilac rose, left under my door knocker, which smelt beautiful, just like the people working for F.A. Albins.

I really cannot say enough to express how wonderful Denise and all the staff at Albins have been . My dad was treated with the utmost care and respect whilst in the capable hands of the Albin team. Nothing was too much trouble and everything  was organised by them down to the last detail. My dads send off went so smoothly and they really thought of everything , even down to providing water and tissues in the cars and at the crematorium. The service they provide is second to none and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Albins to anyone , thank you so much for making my dads send off so beautiful . X
