I cannot fault the service I received from Gill at co op in Mottingham. She went above and beyond to help me. On the day of the funeral, Vernon was our director and he also was faultless. Thankyou for making a difficult time a little easier.

The local branch at Mottingham (Jill) was extremely helpful in what are very difficult circumstances. She was able to accommodate my wife's wishes to be buried in a woodland setting. It took some organising largely by us, but Jill was able to dovetail Coop systems to meet our needs

The funeral arranger was compassionate, kind and very down to earth and approachable and also willing to go the extra mile and give us the time to sort out the grave space.

The funeral director and personnel on the day were also very kind. The only shortcoming was that some flowers got left behind but they went back for them when asked.

An excellent service received by funeral director Jill Baalam; we could not have asked for more. Jill was professional, an excellent organiser and gave us appropriate and very useful advice. We liked Jill instantly and even decided to turn down another funeral directors who gave us a cheaper quote, because we felt in good hands with Jill and trusted that she would do he best by us; which she did. Jill even managed to make us laugh again after a really difficult and emotional 6 months having been with my father though his journey with cancer. Jill proved to be dependable, before and after the funeral, and we are most grateful.

Jill organised my brother’s funeral, She was extremely professional.  This was such a difficult time for us.  Jill is very knowledgable and I would highly recommend Jill she is very good at her job.
