Very efficient, compassionate and dignified. Was kept up to date with all plans and if there was a change we were informed immediately. Nothing was to much trouble. Visiting was always available without any problems. Very professional service throughout.

Belinda from the Downham Branch was a very lovely person to deal with and so helpful. The call centre on the other hand wasn’t so good. I was owed money and it took forever to refund

The Celebrant, Pauline, weaved the fragments I gave her into a human picture of my deceased mother's life.
The Funeral Director, Vernon, and his team, gave dignity to the day, but avoided cold formality.
And Belinda at the funeral home patiently adapted to the changes I belatedly requested in the Service and smoothly incorporated them into the day.
All of these people made a difficult time that much easier.
Excellent.

Service from Downham was very helpful 
Unfortunately the crematorium played the wrong version of the hymn we had chosen which caused a problem as my Son was speaking over the last verse. Also did not play the exit music which was hard to select and as a family had given lots of thought to

Excellent service from start to finish. Belinda, our arranger, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  She kept us updated from booking through to day of service, and we felt at all times as if everything was under control. Also Vernon, the funeral director was excellent. He called the evening before to go through the details, ensured everything ran smoothly on the day and even followed up afterwards. I would certainly recommend the Co-op for this service. Many thanks
