This is the first funeral I have arranged and would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who participated in the arrangements.
The only thing I would mention is the time scale to pick up my Mother in law from the hospital mortuary, as they phoned me to say she had been there too long.
Apart from that everything went smoothly and it was a lovely service.

I took the funeral care plan out a few years before my aunt's death with her permission. Christine at the Coop in Bromley could not have been more helpful to me if she tried. Nothing was too much trouble ,she organised everything efficiently and made the task much easier. The celebrant that she found to conduct the service Nicola Taylor was absolutely the right person and had a long conversation with me about everything which she used in the service .Also the funeral Director Amy called me up the day before the funeral to check that everything was ok. I couldn't have been happier with service I received from Coop Funeralcare and would recommend them highly.

Christine at your Bromley Branch has been fantastic yet again. 
She is kind and compassionate and is really helpful with guiding you though what is a sad process. She is an asset to your company and it is due to our families previous experience with Christine that we returned. 
Myself and our family will highly recommend your service to others. 
I don’t feel you can ever underestimate what an important role your representative at your directors play in helping families at such an emotional time. Please ensure Christine is aware that we returned due to her kind and professional manner.

I could not have achieved the funeral that I had without Christine Harman-Baker from the Bromley High Street funeral home. She was a brilliant organiser, extremely patient and caring. She kept in-touch with me at all times.
To top it off, we organised a Wake locally, and with that, had achieved the best funeral and goodbye anyone there had attended. This was said from the attendees. Thank you again Christine

I cannot praise the service you provided for my mother's funeral highly enough. Christine, at Bromley, was so kind, patient and professional. Her attention to detail was much appreciated. Amanda in your Beckenham branch was exceptionally sensitive and thoughtful when we viewed mum the day before the funeral. On the day of the funeral Sam and his colleagues helped us cope by being so kind, respectful and professional.
Maria, the celebrant, was brilliant. I don't know how she did it but when she spoke about mum it was as if she knew her. Contact with your other staff over the phone has also been sympathetic and efficient.
My whole family would like to express our thanks to you for making the whole experience uplifting and a celebration of Trixie's life.
