I can't stress enough how helpful this company is to guide you what is one of the worst times of your life. The kindness, compassion and caring shown was amazing. Christine at the Welling branch led us through this difficult process with true kindness. 
On the day of the funeral, the respect shown to my poor dad was wonderful: at no time did it appear false. Steve, who led his team on the day was amazing. The care he showed towards my dead dad, to me and all my close relatives was exemplary. I can't recommend this company enough. You feel safe in their hands.

I can not praise F A Albin more highly. At a time when the family felt completely devastated and lost at the loss of mum they treated our family like their family - what more could you ask? They were deeply respectful and compassionate and guided us through everything step by step. I felt mum would be in the best of hands and she was. Everything ran like clockwork. A particular mention must go to Jo Branch, who is normally based at the Bermondsey branch. Jo was the ultimate professional of course, but she was so much more. Her empathy and warmth made this painful and difficult time so much easier to bear. On the day, Lee and his team looked after us beautifully and helped us to give mum the send off she so deserved. We were looked after by Christine at the Welling branch of F.A. Albin and I can honestly say that the level of compassion, support and care provided by Christine and her colleagues was second to none. They made such a difference to us and were simply superb in looking after everything and provided great comfort during a difficult time. The level of professionalism was exceptional, with regular updates provided in a very sympathetic manner before mum's funeral, and tender/empathetic support provided on the day of mum's funeral.

Death is not something we like to think about, but I would not use any other Funeral Directors now that I have experienced the care and service provided by F.A. Albin.

Thank you Christine and all at F.A. Albin for the love and care you showed to my mum and our family. May God Bless you all.

We were very impressed with the way my father and the family were looked after from beginning to end the care we were all giving especially from Chris and jo at your office they helped me to deal with certain things and nothing was to much trouble. Every. BodySpoke about how professional your drivers and pull bearers were and so very smart small little touches such leaving a flower at dads door was very moving and people noticed the things thank from the family

I would like to thank each and everyone at Albin`s, for the amazing work they do, they go above and beyond in the work they do. They treat loved one`s as if they were their own family, and it is truly amazing.I would recommend them to anyone to help them out in their time of need they are truly outstanding people.Thank you for helping to give my mum an amazing send off.
