Superb compassion, respect, kindness and help from the first phone call I made and throughout the planning of my dear Dad's funeral. All staff were extremely professional. Christine and Dawn were always available to help and guide us, making regular phone calls to us, to help and inform us throughout. The team on the day of Dad's funeral were courteous, professional and kind. Albins gave Dad a well deserved VIP funeral. Can't recommend Albins enough. A big thank you for making the hardest day ever go, extremely smoothly. A big thank you from us all.

FA Albin made the process of arranging my late mother’s funeral very easy. Nothing was too much trouble. Christine has been so helpful answering my many questions and the gentlemen on the day were extremely professional. In such a trying circumstance they made it as easy and stress free as it could be. the service received was exceptional. from the first visit right upto the day of the funeral, there attention to detail was amazing, little touches they added here and there, they were so thoughtful, the day went seamless, the whole team were a credit to the company. It is bizarre thing to say but we would recommend them totally.

Choosing the right Funeral Director to deliver your final farewell to a much loved family member is quite a responsibility. I'm sure many Funeral Directors could carry out the job admirably, but our very first impression of Albins in Welling was what prompted us to choose them.

Christine and Dawn guided us gently through the process of organising Mary's funeral and were very respectful of our feelings at such an emotional time for us. They put forward some good suggestions which we were able to personalise to suit what we thought Mary would have liked, and which also satisfied our family.

On the day of Mary's funeral, our Funeral Conductor, John and his team ensured everything ran incredibly smoothly, from the minute they arrived at the address Mary was departing from, right through to the Church Service, burial at a nearby Cemetery, and our return to the home address. One particularly lovely and thoughtful gesture from Albins, was to place a beautiful Cerise Pink Rose (Mary's favourite colour) on the front door of the property, just before the Hearse and Cars left for the Church.

We can honestly say we were exceptionally pleased to have entrusted Albins with such an important day for us. Their professionalism, care and sense of pride in what they deliver was very evident, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others looking to provide a very dignified and personal farewell to a loved one. Our sincere thanks to the entire Albins Team.

I have found every person that I have spoken to or dealt with to be compassionate, understanding and most of all very professional. They listened to our wishes and went above and beyond to make the day an extra special send off for Darren. Absolutely Brilliant from start to finish, Dawn was so lovely and helped us every step of the way , if dawn was not available Christine was lovely and always there to help , Dawn used to call us every couple of days or so just to make sure we are all ok , on the day of mums funeral everything went like clockwork , Danny and they boys were so lovely and gracious , we could not ask for anything better, Dawn recommended Jan to be our officiator/celebrant , she was such a lovely lady and completely understood exactly what we wanted to say , so if you need an officiator please ask Dawn or Christine to book her. My sincere thanks to you all absolutely fantastic service x

Christine, Dawn and the boys at Albins Welling are amazing, they made a very difficult time easier helping with every decision that we had to make they didn’t mind how many times I contacted them or how many questions I asked they are always so caring. Myself and the family really appreciate everything they have done and my sister said yesterday how comforting it was being able to talk to them and we miss them.

Chris and Dawn at Albin Welling, we’re amazing. They took care of every little detail and made the process flow as smooth as it could possibly be. The care and compassion they showed the whole family will always be remembered.
  The attention to detail given by all of the staff, before and on the day, meant that we were able to give our  Mum the best send off possible.
