First class service. Julie in Sidcup was absolutely top drawer. Very professional but also delivered the 'personal touch'. The celebrant (Robin) was also very professional with a fine attention to detail.

The whole funeral experience from booking to the cars and the service was made very easy for us. Co-Op funeral care Sidcup were very professional and we were very pleased with our life celebration. Special mention for Julie Bygrave.

Everything before and including the service was brilliant. It was afterwards that things went wrong. We received the invoice that included things that we had not been told were chargeable and the matter is still being considered 3 weeks later. We still haven’t received the ashes a month after the service and last time we again had to chase them up.

The actual funeral service,undertakers,and Celebrant was perfect.
However we did ask Julie at Sidcup to arrange to have my mother embalmed ,so we could visit & say our farewells prior to the funeral.This was not done and caused a lot of distress for my family.we would like to know why.

Very content with the service provided. The Co-op rep, Sam, was very helpful and calmed my nerves very well. The only thing preventing me giving a top mark is the fact that Peter's middle name was mis-spelled on the board as Jon, rather than John.
