Had fantastic service all round from the staff at funeral directors and from pull bearers on the say if my mums funeral. Nothing was to much trouble to sort out, and our wishes were always put into place, thank you for all your help to make mums funeral just perfect.

I had to phone to chase up every step of the way. My sons body wasn't removed from our home for 36 hrs. The paperwork for his cremation was sent to the funeral parlour rather than to me. I wasn't informed of the cremation date or time until I phoned & I haven't received his ashes or been contacted as to when to expect them. Not the straight forward process I was expecting.
