The family rould like to thank everyone at coop funeralcare. From Tony and Ryan coming out to collect Rebecca. Help and advice from June at Erith funeral home. Chapel attendence for the visiting at Woolwich.
And on the day of the funeral the care and respect given to our precious daughter from the funeral director Vern Hatley, Simon Cushway, Brian and Scarlet.
We would also like to thank June for the choice of celebrant Michelle Harvey who conducted the best service possible for Rebecca.
The day vould not have gone any better.
Thank you all from Joyce, John, Glyn, Dave and all the family.

The level of service received was exemplary. For what is such a difficult time for relatives, the whole funeral care process was carried out with the utmost compassion and thought. The level of communication was excellent and we were presented with a range of options (many that we hadn't contemplated) that ensured the funeral event ran smoothly with the right personal touches. I cannot thank them enough for the service provided and I would recommend them highly.

THE DAY WENT SMOOTHLY THANKS TO THE HELPFUL PLANNING FROM THE ERITH FUNERAL TEAM, YOU HELPED US CHOOSE AN EXCELLENT CELEBRANT WHO CAPTURED THE ESSENCE OF MY HUSBAND'S LIFE AND CHARACTER PERFECTLY, EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED THE FUNERAL SAID THAT IT WAS A TRUE CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE.
THE COFFIN  WAS MADE OF WICKER , WE HAD SOME DOUBTS BUT WHEN WE SAW IT WITH THE FLOWERS WE KNEW WE HAD MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE

From the 1st day we meet June, to the day of service,
Even the night before when speaking to Vincent and asking at last minute getting the video link cos we had family members that couldn't get to service due to illness.

During an emotional time following my Mother’s passing, we were always dealt with compassion, courtesy and professionalism, by all members of Co-op staff. June at Erith guided us through the process very well and explained all our options clearly and communicated with us at all stages, just what is needed at a time like this.
June is still dealing with the process of internment of ashes and arrangements for a headstone for us and has been most helpful.
On the day of the funeral the cars arrived promptly at the appointed time and Mark and Brian were professional and supportive throughout the journey and the service. We would like to thank all the staff involved and would highly recommend the Co-op Funeral Service without reservation.

On the day it was great we was look after very well and a phone call after to see we was ok lovely 
But June in the shop we found her very unhelpful a bit rude just not very nice 
Not sure if we caught her on a bad day but I won’t be recommending her

I couldn’t fault any part of the funeral. June was so kind as she helped me to plan every detail of the funeral. On the actual day, Simon guided us gently throughout the funeral and everyone treated my dear Mum with such respect. Highly recommended.
