We went to the Erith branch to see June who was very helpful and helped us through all the decisions we had to make and gave us advise and answered all our questions. Neil the celebrant wrote a lovely eulogy and checked that we were happy with everything.

June made sure we were happy with the arrangements and the day before mums funeral Mark rang to go through every step to make sure they had everything right.

Everyone who attended said it was a beautiful service and the day after Mark rang again to make sure we were happy and asked if we had any questions.

Thank you to everyone at the Co-op Funeral Service for making a very difficult time easier.

June was very caring and understanding and dealt with changes I requested after
our meetings efficiently.  Was also very pleased with David Matthews the celebrant
who was  excellent.  I had a lot of wonderful feedback from family and friends about
his eulogy read with empathy. Everything went so smoothly and efficiently couldn’t have gone better.  Would recommend to anybody.

We were looked after by June who was so helpful and considerate with advising us the processes.  Also thank you to Mark,  to receive a telephone call from Mark the night before making sure we knew how everything would run on the day and guiding us.  Mark also called the day after to make sure everything had gone smoothly and if we needed anything. Excellent praise to the staff and coop at such a difficult time for our family.

June and her trainee colleague made the whole process run very smoothly. She communicated regularly with my son in regard to the order of service and on-line connection for those unable to attend on the day. June also communicated with the London Ambulance Service in regard to their part on the day of the funeral.
On the actual funeral day, everything ran very well, all those in attendance from the Funeral Service were very attentive and helpful to the mourners and in advising those designated to carry Cliff into the chapel.
