The arrangement and the branch were lovely could not if wished anything more and including the Funeral Director on the day, but that is all I can say was fantastic the care our loved one received was far from being acceptable,

So professional and respectful I was given a reassurance call the evening before and the day after, very thoughtful at a difficult time.

Tina and the team are excellent. Just three months ago we arranged my dads funeral and Tina was excellent. When mum passed recently, we decided to go back to the coop as Tina was absolutely lovely and both my parents funeral was on point. Also Kylie who led both my parents funerals was lovely too. I would definitely recommend both

All the staff were particularly helpful - Tina , Joyce and Marc at the office , with Sam , as Funeral Director , ensuring the practicalities of the day ran smoothly .He phoned beforehand to put my mind at ease .
The Celebrant Kylie Barnes took real care and time to make sure we had an appropriate and personal tribute .

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Tina Fletcher was our funeral organiser, she did an outstanding job & made a sad time much more manageable! She was a lovely lady & great at her job! We used Bexleyheath branch.

We were immediately comfortable with the person dealing with the funeral arrangements. Everything ran smoothly.

They gave excellent recommendations for both the local vicar and flowers.

The day of the funeral went well and the service was well received by the family.
Unfortunately in the lead up, the support services provided was not great, no confirmations by email or phone and I had to chase up myself so that the music was what i wanted otherwise i dread to think what would have happened on the day! One particular staff was not very pleasant on the phone and sounded like she was very stressed.
Still waiting for manager to call be back and again i had to chase up several times!
