Staff all very helpful and tactful, and kept me informed of arrangements in good time before the day of the funeral. Very pleased with the recommended celebrant and the beautiful flowers. Just didn't use their stationery because the designs were a bit too elaborate for my taste, but everything else was fine.

Mum had a prepaid funeral plan and it was all fairly easy, we met with Simon and made all the arrangements and after that dealt with Monica and thankfully everything went like clockwork. We had two meetings with the Celebrant David who was very helpful and accommodating and helped us to make the actual service run smoothly. I received a phone call from Craig the funeral director the evening before the funeral and we agreed as to what was going to happen on the day and on the day they were extremely professional and respectful and the cars were dressed beautifully with the flowers. Mine and my family's many thanks.

The requested FD a former colleague of my husband, did an excellent and professional job. A familiar and trusted figure is always appreciated in these circumstances.

The crew were respectful, calm and dutiful. Another familiar face amongst them was a comfort. The new lady driver is an asset to your organisation, she had the perfect balance of engagement with family members and respect for the situation.

With Monica's support and assistance we were able to give Vilma the Funeral we felt she deserved. A Celebration of her life and a Witness of faith in God.

The Coop funeral directors at Bexleyheath were excellent from start to finish in helping me plan my dads funeral , from the first contact with Monica the funeral arranger right through to the support that Simon the undertaker gave us on the day of the funeral I cannot fault any of it . At what is a very difficult time for family we were guided and supported all the way, sadly this is the third time that my family have needed to use the Coop funeral service at Bexleyheath during the last few years and the service we have received has always been excellent and they will continue to be our go to funeral directors should one be required at any time in the future

I never originally went to the Bexleyheath branch but due to closures at Christmas and in a bit of a panic I called Co-Op head office and they told me to go there to go through the arrangements. All I can say is that I’m so glad I did. I was looked after by Monica who was a complete professional throughout. She was understanding, sympathetic and made the whole process so much easier and bearable. I’ve been fortunate enough to have never arranged a funeral before and Monica helped me step by step. She kept me updated every step of the way so I always knew exactly where we were at. She designed my order of service and, on the day, I had people comment that it was the best they’d seen. I was so impressed with her and would highly recommend she be the one you go to when the time comes.

First off, are you acting for the Coop Funeral Care? Assuming that you are then I have given the overall rating as average as (a) I have no way of comparing, and (b) the pricing. When we initially booked the services with Monica we paid up 50% or so on the day and received an email invoice which was to be the absolute FINAL figure (less £75 if I could find my membership card). This was confirmed by my wife's 2 daughters who were present at the meeting. I found my card with my name and number that matched the 6-4-4-4 configuration. Cutting a long story short the Coop could not find any trace, but Monica said she would try to sort it out. When I received the invoice however calling for the balance I found that you had deducted the £75 membership only to find you had added the same sum back by adding £65 to "our care" and £10 to "provision of hearse". We are no better off because what I would call underhand and insensitive adjustment of figures. I have settled the full cost as soon as I received the invoice but really consider that the £75 should be refunded by a "credit" back to my debit card account or a cheque. I do not want any kind of voucher. I await your reply. If you do refund the £75 I am prepared to up grade the service to excellent. Yours faithfully. Derek Williamson. Tel: 01322224545.

I am very happy to write a review on your staff and the company.

First your Bexley Heath staff Monica Santos Figueira, she was extremely helpful
due to the unusual circumstances and nothing was to much for her to organise
the cremation.

Then the Civil Celebrant Pauline Richardson. Her visit to our home to get information on Peters life and the presentation of that to the furneral goers was really fitting.

All the attendees said how good it was and how it represented Peter.

Funeral staff were also good.
