Very happy with the arrangements, my ideas and needs were met but found it difficult to make contact direct to funeral parlour when needing to make contact by phone.

We used Louise 2 years ago when we lost our dad. Her services were so professional we didn't hesitate to return to her services, when we sadly lost our mum too. She is a natural at her job and a credit to the business. We cannot thank her enough.

The co op funeral care was lovely. From the lady in the office , Louise, to the funeral directors themselves, they were all very helpful. Simon rang me a few days before, to check everything was going ok and talk through a few things. He said to ring him if I thought of anything, even over the weekend, which I thought was very good. I had used the co op last year for my mum’s funeral, so I knew they were good. I would recommend them to anyone.
