Like any funeral it was a very sad day for all our family and friends but H Copeland did a beautiful job of helping us get through the day the best we could. We had more people attended the service than we thought which was lovely. Dad said he had no friends but he had more than he realised. We found H Copeland friendly and very sympathetic in the way they helped us arrange dads funeral. However, our biggest thanks must go to Al Mansfield the celebrant and the way he conducted dads eulogy. It was beautiful xxx

Throughout the process, Amanda of your Beckenham branch was supportive and extremely hepful. The florist let us down regarding providing the ordered flowers in time, so quick-thinking produced a temporary substitute.



My experience of Copelands in the past led to my use of them again, and I shall return to them when future need arises.

My father's funeral could not have been handled better, so kind and considerate in preparations and on the day of the funeral.

From the initial meeting to make arrangements, the call a few days before to check all the arrangements, the Celebrant was wonderful both before and after the day.

There was a mix-up between three different offices when I tried to track down the location of my wife’s body. Then, when I came in to sign papers the assistant was ill-prepared, the laptop wouldn’t fire up and a simple transaction took too long.?

The care and attention Amanda took in arranging my husband's funeral was exemplary. Attention to detail was noted and carried out. I cannot fault her and her staff Terry was courteous and friendly.
I have known Amanda for many years having had contact with her when I worked at Croydon University Hospital Chaplains, but only recently in her official capacity.
