Amanda, was very supportive and did her job with sensitivity and patience. She took her time to make sure everything was done thoroughly, and procedures followed diligently.

Amanda allowed me to visit my husband many times, and did so graciously, even though I'm sure, it involved some work to arrange the visits each time.

I liked the way Amanda treated my husband with respect. He was happy in your care, and looked far more at peace in your funeral home compared to how he looked in the Cypriot funeral home.

On the day of the funeral, Dean and his team did an excellent job. Very respectful and dignified, and they were patient and considerate.

Amanda at Copeland and Sons handled the funeral arrangements with great care and empathy from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Calls were answered or returned very quickly. The funeral team lead by Dean were also great. I highly recommend the company.

We are very impressed with your service. We had never organised a funeral before and Amanda Tarrant of H. Coupland and Sons was both helpful and efficient in helping us to make the arrangements. Everything went so smoothly and although obviously it was a sad occasion those who attended were impressed by the high standard and attention to detail. A special thankyou to the minister who conducted the service at the Crematorium, Robin Desmond, recommended by Amanda, who spoke about my uncle as if he knew him.
