My family and I were extremely impressed with the service that was offered. All matters were handled sensitively and professionally at what was such a difficult time. They accommodated our wishes as best as possible and the service was exactly as expected with a very experienced celebrant adding warmth and comfort for all the family. The service I got was very professional. The funeral director and her staff were brilliant. They were very helpful. The funeral on the day went very well, this was due in no small part to the funeral director and her staff.

The services from Gary Lumsden and Zoe Collier are incomparable they showed us and our Late mother, compassion, empathy and respect and nothing was to much trouble, they guided us through, a very difficult time which the GREEN & CAMPBELL Family can not thank them enough and will be ever grateful, their kindness was priceless

We found coop Cricklewood to be extremely professional and understanding in handling my fathers funeral.

There were a number of issues that were not ideal
I had a number of telephone discussions initially and having informed about the prepaid plan that we had, the funeral coordinator did not seem to have the details of the plan and therefore what had already been paid for etc. this should have been readily available to her. 
I often felt I was having to repeat what had been discussed at the time of the previous telephone conversation including our proposed date for the funeral. Notes should have been taken from our discussions so that these could be referred to without having to go over the same things again. 
I was also concerned that in one email I was asked if we wanted a catholic Minister or whether I was Christian. This seemed to expose an area of knowledge that needed to be addressed .
It was unfortunate that having discussed the date time and place for the funeral I was then sent an email confirming the cremation at the wrong cemetery - this was an error as it turned out but it was alarming to be sent that after discussions that had gone before. 
I can appreciate that our coordinator was a trainee, but I feel that it made the experience from my point of view rather stressful 
The day of the funeral went extremely well and many thanks for that.

This company has been nothing less than exemplary.
With they’re wonderful, Paitient, caring and understanding team, they made what was an absolutely terrible situation a much more bearable one. 
They were very informative at every point of my fathers journey and graceful with their time taken to explain and deliver an amazing service. 
I would love to thank them all individually and personally but I understand my siblings have given a small gift to show our gratitude.
Thankyou fir everything and may God continue to guide and protect you all as you do the good work.

From the moment I stepped through the doors ‘Zoe’ looked after me/us fantastically well through a very distressing time. 
My family & I were dealt with kindness & compassion from the start of the process till the end.
Zoe & Colin were always available to answer questions or queries & made the whole thing a little easier to manage.
All of the staff on the day helped myself & family give 
Beverley Sonia Burton’ the service she deserved.

Zoe Collier who dealt with us at Coop in Cricklewood was excellent. She made us feel at ease with everything & was very helpful & dealt with any questions we had.We couldn't have asked for a better service & also Colin who we dealt with on the day of the funeral was also very helpful & considerate to the situation we we're dealing with as a family. I would definitely recommend the Coop to anyone.
