From the moment of first contact we felt understood and cared for. We were kept informed and updated. A difficult and emotional time was made easier by the knowledge, skill , professionalism and care and compassion of Zoe the funeral arranger. The funeral itself was well organised and went well thanks to the attention of the funeral director and staff

An excellent service all round from Zoe in the office who was excellent and also Colin who led and organised the funeral cortège my only concern was the celebrant who was a little disappointing

I am very pleased with the service I received from Co Op Funeral care Cricklewood branch. From the first meeting to begin the process of arranging my late mothers funeral myself and my siblings were treated with genuine compassion, kindness and patience. We were always kept well informed with clear explanations regarding any questions or queries we had. My mother was sent to heaven in fine style which is what she wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Co Op Funeral Care Cricklewood to all my family and friends. Id like to say special thanks to Colin, Zoe and Gary for all they did for us.

Zoe was amazing, very supportive and offered clear advice and guidance on options available. In spite of the short time available to plan the funeral, she gave the appropriate prompts and support to make things move seamless. She was truly a star and i would like to appreciate her for her empathic approach during the entire process. Fantastic service. Well done Zoe, please keep up the good work. Very good service. Especially from Administrator Zowie and Colin the Manager.

Both friendly and considerate to your needs at your time of sorrow. Zowie always try to make things easier with a pleasant countenance and listening ears.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Everything went well as planned with COOP.

CoOp Funeral director representative Zoe was very helpful and outstanding in supporting the family. Zoe was very respectful and compassionate to every request made by family. However, the price of the funeral set by CoOp's was really high. Thats why we decided to leave 4 star rating.

Well all i can say is Excellent 
From the first call to the end was excellent 
Zoe is so lovely and caring, welcoming and she felt like family, she made it easy and comfortable for us.
Anything i needed Zoe and her team where there to help. Fantastic communication on the phone, emails and even in person. 
They did a great Job and all my family sends respects from Jamaica 🇯🇲 Canada 🇨🇦 America 🇺🇸 and here in England specially all his Jehovah Witnesses Family who could not make it due to age. They loved the video link and so did I 👌🏾💯❤️
