No one is ready to lose their partner of 29 years, when they are just 50 years old. This has been a heartbreaking time for our family but Sofia has been a gem from the outset and looked after us so well throughout this difficult time. She is compassionate, calm and just a beautiful soul. John was brilliant in the lead up to, on and after the funeral day. Again, such a calm and kind man. Nothing was too much trouble. Our driver Rachel was excellent too, as were the pall bearers. Such a respectful team who looked after my John so well while he was in their care. Thank you all for everything.

The staff were so helpful, compassionate and made a difficult task much easier. They offered support from start to finish and their parting words were “please call if we can help you in any way”.

What can i say sadly the second time i have used the CO-OP in 10 months. Each experience has been made special due to the entire CO-OP team. Always respectful, reassuring and try their very best to ensure the Funeral goes to plan. A particular mention for the perfection of Sofia, who is always on top of her game. Our Funeral Director John who is the smartest gentleman and most professional man, also deserves high praise

Office service was helpful and kindly. Good explanations were given for how the funeral arrangements would proceed. The arrangements for the day of the funeral were carried out to a high standard, in a dignified manner.

Sofia and Jon provided a superb service for us, both in the planning of the funeral with us and with the support fromJon and his guys on the day. I really felt we gave my dad the funeral we wanted and that he would have been proud of. You have been so kind and friendly which helped enormously. Jon and his guys were immaculately turned out - which made a massive difference to me personally - and were impeccably dignified but unobtrusive, which was also perfectly in accordance with our wishes. With your help we were able to give my dad a simple  but loving send off.

It was straight forward and Sophia was so helpful as my dad is profoundly deaf and ii interpretate for him alway even for my mum whilst she was alive …. It was a calming experience as sad as it is we’ve lost the main person in our family so she will be missed … Sophia made everything so comforting…..
