Everyone with whom I was in contact, and particularly the celebrant (who was on holiday shortly before the funeral) was very sympathetic, patient and helpful. All staff made the difficulty process seem simple. Everything ran very smoothly, and I am extremely grateful to all involved.

One rude director but other girls were lovely. Would be nice to have just one arranger as I had previously with North Yorkshire co-operative as a few things missed/not passed over and gets confusing. 
Printers/designers you use didn’t readily act on requests which increased time taken to produce.

Thank you to Lottie Lisa Jade and anyone else at East Finchley who took care of my late dad Daniel Heller up until his cremation. It was an emotional time for me and the staff were so kind, asked if I had any requests, showed empathy, and nothing that I did request or ask about was too much trouble. Thank you all for going above and beyond. Jade was also there for us on the day of dads cremation and she was so kind and helpful. Thanks for the great service from such a professional team.

We felt very well looked after, from the start to finish. Jennifer and Lisa from the East Finchley co-op, were compassionate and amazing. On the day, Kadija was brilliant guiding us throughout and we were so very blessed to have father David perform the service. Couldn’t have asked for better people to guide us through the most difficult time of our lives.

Good service overall from staff members but often had difficulty phoning the branch and they do not always stick to their opening hours making it difficult if you have an early morning appt with them or need to drop something off to them and there is no one there when they are supposed to open which causes stress.

There was no care service at all I have put a complaint in nearly two weeks ago and still have not heard anything

The whole experience was so so poor.
I am amazed we got through this.
It started off amazing and then Lisa went on leave and from that point it all went down hill. 
Conflicting advice, phone calls not returned. 
Let high and dry most of the time.

Lisa & Jackie at East Finchley were wonderful. Lisa helped us so much through a very traumatic time. Knowing how far I had to travel, Lisa went above and beyond what anyone would expect,very decided on a very personal tailored funeral and some designs and items were difficult to source but were found. Lisa treated our family and our lovely mum with the utmost respect helping me to apply some special accessories when she returned to funeral home. We couldn't have been treated any better than we were. Jackie the funeral director and her team were so kind, she invited me to walk with her in front of the Hearse, I felt that I was very much part of mum's last journey. Everyone who attended commented on how professional and genuinely caring the funeral team were. We thank you with all our hearts.

Lisa was very accommodating and helpful always kept in contact keeping me abreast of procedures.

Waited over six weeks for the ceremony which was out of the hands of COOP.

Unfortunately my family has used the COOP for other funerals and
am happy to use them again.
