From the initial consultation I felt at ease at a very difficult time.
Nothing was to much trouble and all members of staff were professional and attentive at all times.
The florist and reverent that were recommended by Brook's were excellent.
The day could not have gone any better and friends and family that attended commented how good it was and that was thanks to everyone at Brook's. Thank You Very Much.

The Brooke’s team were excellent. I would recommend highly. I appreciated the pricing structure as costs can spiral. I would have liked a tiny more up front information as I felt I was having to discover things as I went along but I always felt that I was in excellent hands. The service itself was beautifully, respectfully and sensitively handled. I hope not to need them anytime soon but will certainly use them in the future when I need to.

Nothing was to much trouble. May have asked the same questions over again they still replied in a polite manner.When e mailed them got back straight they could not do enough and offered helpful tips when we looked lost and not sure to do then were there to lend a helping hand . They were incredible and help the occasion go smoothly.

I cannot thank Roy enough for making such a sad day beautiful. His kindness, understanding, compassion and professionalism were so reassuring. We felt well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral they treated my family and I so well and helped the day go so smoothly we will always be grateful. Abigail who we met when we visited dad before the burial treated us with such a gentle manner it was gratefully received by our grieving family. Quite simply Brooks Funeral Directors were outstanding from the initial call through to the funeral and finally post funeral. Most of my dealings were with Abigail who exhibited the very best of human nature, she was kind, empathetic, honest, generous with her time and communication as well as being exceedingly professional. There was no push to select specific services, in fact Abigail made a point of warning us of areas that could incur greater expense. The services provided were exactly what we wanted and even sometimes exceeded that, as the company’s expertise enabled them to make a few recommendations which added those additional special personal touches.
On the day Roy was the perfect celebrant whose readings struck a chord with the congregation and provided the ideal final farewell for our loved one.
Thank you, Brooks, from my family for making such a traumatic time as stress free as is possible.

Last week, the funeral home enabled us to lay my father to rest. From the receptionist who answered our phone calls to the person managing the daily burial arrangements, everyone was highly professional. They were sensitive to our needs and provided the support we required during this difficult time.

A huge thanks to Roy and Abigail, who handled interactions with different family members tactfully and were very supportive on the day of the burial.

The funeral home offers a variety of coffins and caskets, making it affordable for those on a budget, with a clear and transparent price list. We never felt pressured to purchase options we didn't need.

I highly recommend Brooks Family Funeral Directors, although I feel they could improve the aesthetics of their facility.
