Danny who was our funeral director on the day was excellent and professional in every way , so kind and compassionate. 
But unfortunately, Julia who I spoke to over the phone got totally confused , when I said myself and my 2 sons would meet the funeral cars a Hendon Cemetery- she told my dads wife that I had cancelled the cars which I never would have , causing my dads wife to be very angry nasty and spiteful to me on the day , it caused me unnecessary pain.

I was dreading having to arrange My Aunts Funeral but I needn't had worried because Barnet Funeral Care were Kind, Compassionate and very Professional.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Julia and Nick at Barnet’s CO-OP Funeral Care took so much of the stress out of arranging the funeral for my late Step-Grandmother. Sadly we had two funerals to arrange this year and both occasions went smoothly.

I was impressed with the ease and help that Funeral Care went about arranging the cremation in the most friendly and efficient way. If I require their service again I most certainly will call on them again. With their efficiency my son Mark has been treated with respect and dignity in his last hours and is now at peace

Despite a problem with a pick up point, this did not cause problems and the resultant late start was recovered. The rest of the arrangements went very well. It was at times difficult to get to speak to an appropriate person during the arranging process.

The coffin arrived almost half an hour late and the flowers arrived after the ceremony. They apologised, and everything else was fine, but not good (all the guests managed to get there on time!).
