Arranging a funeral we thought was going to be traumatic. How wrong we were, Lorraine was so professional, kind and caring too. Helping us was a joy and not sadness, nothing was too much of a problem. We went away with a small list of things to think about to finalise the funeral, not pressured at all. Dionne, Lorraine's colleague was so helpful too, keeping us informed front start to final day of funeral. A great shared working partnership. The day of mum's funeral everything as planned was a perfect send off, no worries at all, a stress free day. Would like to say a big thank you to Paul, Wayne and the Pall Bearers too, who were very professional and caring. Keeping us informed on the day to make it a perfect day. I have no hesitation recommending Gale Street Funeral care and would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.🙏

I can not fault the service which we received from start to finish. The girls went above and beyond to help in any way they could. We had a few issues with what we wanted, but Dion was just amazing, we had a wicker coffin for my stepmom as her request with purple sides, which was a two week turn around, Dion chased every day to make sure it would arrive in time, which it did. We ordered the butterfly hurst, but then we found out it was not available, so I ordered stick on butterflies for the hurst, which Dion and her team put on, on the day of the funeral, which looked amazing. They also allowed us access on the day to dress the coffin with flowers. I would highly recommend using this branch again. The girls are just great!

Lorraine at the funeral home in Gale Street Dagenham was extremely professional in her role.
She was very kind and supportive through out. Also Dionne at the funeral home was very kind when I went to visit Iris in the Chapel of rest

All the staff at Dagenham funetal care, Lorraine in particular. are outstanding. The profession obviously requires a degree of compassion and caring but these guys Genuinely care. They went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and got exactly what we wanted. Lorraine even came in on her day off to have a meeting with us.
The cars, the drivers, the funeral director were all superb.
Just lovely, wonderful, helpful and kind people.

It is never a good time to use such services. However, we found that Lorraine and Dion, were compassionate, understanding and caring at all times. Lorraine kept us up to date with all information and updates as we went along this short journey together. Thanks to her advice, we also linked with the Co-op legal team services for probate etc. A very easy transition, and no stress. Thank you for looking after us. I would highly recommend.

From the start of booking my dad's funeral was so easy. The ladies were so helpful and kind. The minister James and Anthony who was with the hearse are the loveliest and kindess men you could have wanted i know my dad would have been proud. Your staff could not have handled our needs any better than they did. All our questions and requests were answered and dealt with sympathetically and, it seemed, with a certain amount of love too, which is a rare quality to find these days. At such a sad and solemn occasion all your staff did you credit and they will never be forgotten by all the family.
