In these uncertain times, I have to say that we were given the best possible service and attention for Mum even though we had to have so many restrictions in place. Phil and the staff at the funeral home were brilliant, communicating with us every step of the way and making  this very difficult time in our lives, so much less stressful. We knew that Mum was being looked after and treated with dignity and respect and for that, our family will be eternally grateful.

A first class service, nothing was too much trouble. They showed patience and understanding dealing with the elderly surviving spouse and the funeral went ahead exactly as planned without the slightest hitch. The flowers and Order of Service, ordered through the Funeral Directors, were perfect and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend The Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Services in Sutton on Sea to anyone who have sadly lost a loved one. In our recent bereavement, all the staff were so calm, kind & professional, respectfully guiding and supporting us through the funeral process and arranging everything in such a caring manner around our wishes. From start to finish, they were so wonderful, from ordering the flowers, the funeral itself & spending a lot of time with us to get the order of service cards just as we wanted them! Special thanks have to go to Phil Chapman, Andrew Poole & Linda,(along with all the staff) who were all so kind & helpful to our family at such a difficult time. It was a lovely day for Ellie, the best we could have hoped for. The coop done us proud, the staff were so sincere and kind in their approach and couldn’t do enough for you, as on these sad occasions you sometimes need someone just to step in and help you.
