I am very happy with the first class service provided to me and my family arranging the joint funeral for my parents, which was held at Boston Crematorium on 2nd September. Sue, Richard and others in your team were very thoughtful and thorough regarding all details, which meant that the funeral day went very well and of course will be remembered in our hearts forever. We were supported as a family in a sensitive and supportive way by all staff we spoke with, particularly Richard, at Lincolnshire Co-op Funeral Services in Spalding. They offer a professional service and helped us with whatever we enquired about in order to arrange a funeral that was a fitting tribute to Malcolm. Thank you to everyone involved who cared for Malcolm and us from the time you took him into your care and until after the funeral service.

Such a lovely team at Spalding and so well managed. Even with current restrictions in place, arrangements were easy to make and nothing was left to chance. We were always treated with compassion and our unusual request to take a 'detour' past a special place on the way to the crematorium, catered for without question or fuss. Professional, compassionate service - even in the middle of the night.

The Co-op have been wonderful. Dad was taken care of very well. If there was anything that I was slightly disappointed with it would be that the embalming process took a long while to get booked in therefore we were left with only a few good days to visit with Dad. Otherwise Richard was the perfect gentleman and when I needed speak with anyone in the office it was usually Mary and she was absolutely fantastic with me, very patient.
Many many thanks to you all you were amazing at this very difficult time.

Due to the current coronavirus epidemic the funeral of my mum was to say the least different but Sue Roe at  Lincolnshire Co-op funeral services dealt with the situation with expertise and sensitivity keeping us informed and organising all the arrangements with regard to the funeral itself taking all the pressure from the family.

From beginning to the end, Sue and team at Lincolnshire Co-op were brilliant.  Extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.  We would highly recommend them to anyone.
We were delighted with the Service Sheet and then flowers were wonderful. (I have asked Alan to make sure they order the same for me). Co-op please take note because i have already pre-paid!
