Very slow in sorting out paperwork,l was having to chase down paperwork before during and after my holiday to Malta, they didn't inform me when the cremation service was, we missed the cremation by two days??how can you run a business that way???.

I feel that they could have been a little better on letting us know what was going on as it seemed to take a long time to get to mum cremated, 8 weeks seems a long time but other than that I am satisfied with the service

All of the staff were friendly, compassionate and understanding. They kept us up to date with all details and phoned to check without intruding in our lives. They listened to all of our requests and helped us find solutions to how we wanted things to happen. Both the funeral and cremation services went smoothly without any problems and the teams were very professional but at the same time friendly and outstandingly supportive of us all. Thank you all.
