We were very impressed with most of the service and extremely impressed with the care for my late Mum. However on an occasion I had to ring when I was told they would contact me. I was also told when my the main director could not come to the funeral that she would contact me the next day to see if everything was ok. This still hasn't happened almost 2 weeks later. I understand they are busy but if you say something follow it up as it's already a stressful time for the family.

When we had the funeral in November for margaret we had a face to face meeting and all the plans were put into place and was a great service. When it came to Lens funeral we just rang up and asked for the same as Margaret's but with different music I asked if they wanted payment and I paid in full. Then the coroner got involved and we were told he might not get back in time for the already planned funeral! I just felt like we did all the chasing and nobody got back to us. So we had family waiting for confirmation of the funeral date as was promised somebody would call us on the Monday but again this didn't happen so we called your office to be told we can't have the funeral without a death certificate but this guy said he would get someone to call us back in 10 mins! Never happened so I called the office over an hour later to be told by Donna that she was on her own and very busy! She didn't say this when taking payment up front and I wasn't rushed at all! So I didn't feel like a valued customer at all.

Words cannot express the gratitude my Son and myself have for the excellent service we received from Sarah and all her team. From the moment she arrived at our house to take down the details we were put at ease and knew the stress of arranging a funeral was taken from us thanks to Sarah.
