It was carried out with care, thoughtfulness and professionalism.
The only negative was that the funeral was on the hottest day of the year and the air con in limousine had packed up so it was rather an uncomfortable ride to and from the crematorium.
But other than that we could not fault the service, especially Paul. Thankyou. X

A difficult time and yet you need to plan a funeral !
However with the support of everyone at Ashby Funeral Services it was made easier.
At our first visit everything we needed to know was explained and explained again as not easy taking information in when you're upset. Lisa our organiser was really friendly , empathetic and upbeat, not afraid to laugh with us but also respectful. She made it so much easier than I thought it would be.
