I could not have asked for a better service from kettles. They were very professional from the very start to the final day. Very pleased with the end to end service. Everything went as planned, any questions were answered quickly and we were advised all along what was happening and what we needed to do. The service itself went smoothly and Paul and team were always there but unobtrusive in the service. Very professional service

When my dear mum died, I selected Kettles FD as she had used them when my dad died. I was so relieved to have made the decision as Paul Webster could not have done a better job . Within hours of Mum’s death he rang me and had such a gentle reassurance manner and immediately I felt relief that someone so caring was going to look after Mum . My husband and I visited the office of the company a few days later and again Paul was superb and I knew that Mum was in safe hands and we, her family, were going to be taken care of. 
Between this visit and the day of the funeral , I was contacted by Paul and the girls in the company and these contacts made me feel so special and that my mum would have the best of funerals. 
I know the staff were dealing with other clients , but I was made to feel as though I was the only one which mattered . 
Sadly, three days after my Mum’s funeral , my brother died and in recent days I have been with my sister in law to another funeral director in the Midlands and I realise how special Kettles are . 
Thank you so much for making a difficult time a little easier to bear.

On the whole an excellent service. Staff were very attentive and supportive throughout and nothing too much trouble. Only point to consider is to clarify where to place donation boxes to avoid confusion with people attending funeral.
