Right from the start taking the first call to make an appointment to sadly plan our mum's funeral the service received was supportive professional and informative making a difficult task become bearable following onto the church service planning and arrangements this was conducted with respect and professionalism expressing dignity towards mum at all times. We sadly lost dad (4years ago) and there was no hesitation to use the same funeral directors .

Mark and his team where absolutely brilliant with everything from being so lovely myself and my family.
Even my dog as well.
They went the extra mile with everything I asked for.
All wearing red ties on the day of his funeral in honour of David's love for Liverpool football team.
David passed the day before his birthday and never opened his cards so I asked Mark if he would put the cards in with David.
They layed them out in such a beautiful and dignified way with his grandsons card under his hands.
Mark suggested Chris as the celebrant and he also went that extra mile wore a red tie and had a Liverpool scarf.
If there is such a thing as a beautiful service and care of David it was done by these people.
It makes such a difference knowing that my David was taken care of from beginning to end by such wonderful people.
I just want to say lots of people at the funeral said it was a beautiful service.
One of the funeral people even took the time out to talk to my granddaughter and reassure her that her grandad is in her heart forever.
Unfortunately I don't know who it was but I would like used my gratitude to them all

Such a pleasure to have Mark and his team look after our Daughter, nothing was to much trouble and he made us feel so at ease at such a difficult time. Gave is all options and got to know our daughters likes and dislikes on the first meeting. Kept us informed throughout the process to enable us to grieve knowing she was looked after. Could not recommend highly enough.

Kettles are absolutely amazing and have got it so right. Having recently arranging my Mums funeral with the other co op in town I could not believe how much more caring Kettles were when I had to arrange my Aunts funeral with Kettles. Mark asked about my aunt, what she was like, what her hobbies were , and what music she liked also the most important he informed me that a member of staff would accompany my aunt, making it so much more caring. also I was informed where and when, (unlike the other undertaker who rang my mobile while I was cycling into town just to say Mum will go sometime today, no time, no place and no follow up letter.) Mark you have got it all right, you are amazing, thank you for such care of my aunt.

Kettle’s have provided an excellent service.  Every aspect was handled professionally and with great sensitivity and compassion and attention given to detail.  They made a difficult occasion a little more bearable and I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending them.  My main point of contact was with Louise who was very efficient, professional, caring and supportive.
