Outstanding service throughout the whole process.  
Cathy made this difficult time more bearable, as she was so friendly, easy to talk to, explained things thoroughly, etc.  Nothing was too much trouble.
Communication via emails was excellent, allowing us to proof read newspaper pieces and Order of Service several times.
It was a perfect send off for our Mum thanks to a truly first class professional service by Cathy, drivers, pallbearers and everyone else involved.

The very daunting prospect of arranging a funeral was made so much easier by the care and sympathetic help given to myself and my brother.
