The arrangements for the cremation were without fault and the service and flowers were beautiful. Nicola was very sensitive and responsive to our needs.  Such a pretty setting.  Communications for the various online services could be improved however.  The Obitus website was not as intuitive as could have been and was cumbersome in parts.  Similarly the webcast was not fully successful for all and would be helpful if at least a few days of viewing were included in the initial package. Thank you

My husband's funeral will take place on 23rd June. So far everything has been handled very well and with sensitivity.

    The arrangements for the cremation were without fault and the service and flowers were beautiful. Nicola was very sensitive and responsive to our needs.  Such a pretty setting.  Communications for the various online services could be improved however.  The Obitus website was not as intuitive as could have been and was cumbersome in parts.  Similarly the webcast was not fully successful for all and would be helpful if at least a few days of viewing were included in the initial package.     Very professional with helping us arrange the funeral for our lost one.
    Showed compassion for our needs.
    Very respectfully carried out the transportation of our father on the day of the service.

    Everything that Nicola and her team did was of the highest order, we were made very comfortable with the processes and arranging of my Dad's funeral, and explained all very well. Many thanks to making a difficult time, very bearable and as pleasant as it can be. I would recommend them without hesitation.

    I'm very happy with the help & support that I was given ,I would recommend the co/op funeral service, I was so uptight that it would all go wrong but Nicola help me with all the arrangement, I didn't want the normal ,I wanted my husband Manfred AKA Digger's coffin to go to the church on a Tractor and trailer ,Nicola listened to what I wanted ,talk me through everything, we had the funeral on 5 Sep 2016 , Nicola & her team made it all go perfect, thank you xxxx
