Many thanks for conducting the service. Derick would have been so proud as we all were. Staff friendly and kept me informed. Funeral bond was used and everything went according to plan, as the bond dictated Derick's wishes. Thanks for giving our special Derick a great send off he deserved and bringing him back home (Ashes) where he wished to return.

Our family have had nothing but excellent service care and compassion leading up to and after my dad's funeral. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel as though we were the only family they were dealing with (even though it was an extremely busy time)
Our funeral director,Carole Bellamy,was brilliant and unfortunately wasn't able to be present at my dad's funeral,but her replacement David was superb. Thankyou to you all. Edwin Smiths family.

It was a beautiful place for a service. Everyone was very kind and helpful and it couldn't have gone better. The only thing I would say is that when you have your original meeting could you have a section on the form that says about the music/photos etc and when they need to be ready. I understand how it works now because it was kindly explained and we did get ours there on time. But I know at the original meeting it was difficult to remember everything we spoke about and a section on the form may make this easier. Having said that - thank you so much for a brilliant job!

Carol Bellamy handled all aspects of our mothers funeral in a very professional and caring manner, keeping us informed us at all times of the procedures.

Your Funeral Celebrant Andrew Key came to the home to discuss our requirements prior to the funeral, he was very helpful and delivered a lovely service.

All staff were courteous and sympathetic to our needs.

We were given an excellent service and we would recommend your company to others.

everything was done professionally and to our satisfaction , only one small mistake on the day ,my daughters flowers was left at the funeral directors and therefore didn't travel with the cortege to service ,however it was quickly rectified. the staff were very friendly and helpful and on the day itself very respectful .

My son and I were so impressed with the thoughtfulness and kindness that we have been shown, from every member of your staff, that we have had contact with.  This has been such a difficult time for us, but it has been made so much easier for us due to guidance, advice and help given to us.
