The funeral director was compassionate and understanding. She was usually available to answer queries, either on the phone or by email. The receptionists at Tritton Rd were also very helpful and understanding, whether visiting in person or talking on the phone.
On the funeral day, we were told exactly how to proceed and everything ran smoothly.
