Carol Bellamy was our funeral director and she took care of everything, not forgetting any detail, details we may well have forgotten ourselves. Carol even rang the evening before the cremation to run through the details with me. She was very sensitive and understanding and we were able to ask her anything we needed to know throughout the whole process. Everything went like clockwork, no hitches. Thank you for making a sad occasion run so smoothly which made it much easier for us to bear.

All aspects of the funeral service were completed with great sensitivity and professionalism. The preparations for the funeral allowed great flexibility to produce a service which suited our requirements and respected the wishes of our deceased mother. The funeral service itself was everything we could have wished for. We wished for a non-religious ceremony and the end result was perfect. I was away when the funeral was being organised, but communication by email was prompt and efficient. In particular our thanks go to Darren and Andrew for making a sad occasion one which we will remember fondly.

From our very first appointment to make our arrangements until we were dropped off at the reception venue everything was perfect and beautifully carried out.  Julie our funeral director walking in front of Mums hearse both from the family home and from the church was very touching.  The only thing we would have liked was a few more minutes outside the church after the service we felt a bit hurried into the limousines and didn't really get any chance to speak with the mourners that were unable to go to the reception afterwards.  Other than that we would highly recommend Lincoln Coop Funeral Services.

Julie Holmes-Boardman and the Lincoln Co-operative Funeral Service (Tritton Road) was amazing. It is the first time I have had to deal with arranging a funeral and it was made easy by Julie doing everything that was needed, organising the vicar, service sheets, and bringing everything together. She was so supportive when I had to change the funeral to include my mother (she died within 2 weeks of my father's passing) and she arranged to perform a double funeral for both my patents. This was amazing as I am sure my family and i could not have gone through the same thing twice.
