So helpful, caring always there if you wanted to contact them. Everything that you wanted (information) they included you in everything. So much was taken off my shoulders at a very difficult time. David Gault was a brilliant contact.

I feel we had excellent service all the way through from the first meeting to discuss the details of the service and arrangements to the subsequent phone calls and emails that resulted in a sensitive and smooth running funeral day for my mother. Nothing was too much trouble and we had extra help as we wanted to incorporate the use of the slide show of photographs at the crematorium which was a lovely touch to the service. Thank you to all your team especially to Matthew Golding who helped us through this difficult time.

While the funeral directors involved, the funeral arrangements and the funeral itself were excellent and impeccably carried out, communication with a few of the 'front end' staff left much to be desired, e.g. no response to voice mail messages left.

The funeral director Matt Golding has been very considerate throughout , regarding the funeral of my Mother . I felt very confident in leaving the arrangements with him and the flowers were absolutely stunning . I would like to thank everyone who helped in any of the arrangements for that day.
