Thank you Co-op for all the care and attention you gave us with regard to my mothers funeral.
The Video of the funeral was first class which gave all mothers friends and relations a chance to with her in spirit if not in body.

Nothing was too much trouble for you and the service was first class. Thank you Marie and all the staff at the co-op funeral department.

Staff and funeral director were excellent and although there were a few teething problems with the sound system at the crematorium leading to a considerable delay in the start of proceedings the funeral itself was excellent. Thank you from us all.

I’m very pleased with my new garage door.
The two gentlemen who came to do the changeover were very efficient at removing the old door and frame then installing the new frame and door. I couldn’t believe how quickly they completed the task. Thanks gents. 
It looks smashing, I was then shown how to operate the lock, and open and close mechanisms. Really smooth and easy. 
Made me realize how awful my old door was, I’d put up with that for 8 years.

All the staff were friendly and showed empathy at all stages of the service. They went that extra mile especially considering the circumstances at the time. They dealt with with whole family and were respectful and kind. We would certainly recommend the coop to anyone. A big thank you to everyone especially the team at Procters road.

I was dreading my mothers funeral as the lock down due to the corona virus meant we couldn't have a church service or have our family present, as things turned out
I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Everything went so smoothly and our celebrant Andrew Key was perfect, he made the funeral feel so personal and special.
Ali from the co-op funeral directors was very helpful and did everything she could to make things run smoothly and we kept in contact over the telephone which put my mind at ease.
I have given a 5 star and highly recommend the Lincoln co-op funeral services.

There are no words to truly describe  how amazing the whole team are. From the first phone call, to when I collected my grandma’s ashes, I was treated with so much respect and compassion. I was guided through the whole process by Ally, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, she truly is an amazing person and a huge asset to the company. I will always be so grateful to her for everything she has done for me, my grandma and my whole family at this very sad and difficult time.

In difficult circumstances Dad's funeral was arranged with sensitivity and understanding. Aly offered and provided helpful suggestions handling everything with professionalism and kindness. It resulted in a comforting and dignified funeral led by a compassionate reverend in Penny.

Excellent all round service from the Coop team. Lauren and Ian arrived within an hour to collect mom and take her to the Chapel of Rest at Proctor Road. From there Aly and her colleagues looked after us through every step of the process. I would highly recommend.

Despite the self isolation and the lock down period which has greatly affected every body, the staff who organised the cremation treated me in a very sympathetic and kind manner. I could in no way fault the service that I received.

The service we received was generally excellent, Marie looked after us originally and subsequently Aly, both were very professional and offered good support and advice through a very difficult time and made the process very dignified.

I would have given an excellent had not been the way Linda had dealt with us, she made the process feel impersonal and we felt unimportant .

The Coronavirus outbreak caused havoc with Mum's funeral wishes but with the help and support from David and the team we managed to give her a nice service until we are able to fulfil her wishes with a service at Monk's Road Methodist Church in the future.

I cannot fault the service provided by the Co-op. They treated my father with the greatest respect at all times. We were consulted on every aspect of the process from looking after dad at the funeral home, the funeral procession route to the crematorium, the service, flowers, order of service sheets etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

From start to finish the service by the Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Services was exemplary. Aly Gratrick,my funeral director, was a tower of strength at such a difficult time and she organized everything with unbelievable sensitivity . I have to award her and all her colleagues who were involved 11 out of 10 for excellence. Thank you all so much.
