All i can say is that the team at Horncastle were excellent.truly professional and Tony Bacon helped my sister and I through this very sad time.Tony had to organise two services for mum which he did perfectly.we cannot thank Horncastle funeral enough for all their hard work, support every step of the way and their professionalism on the day of mum's funeral.

Very good service.  Understanding, sympathetic and obliging.  Couldn't fault their them.  They made a dreadfully sad time easier to cope with.

Everyone is very sensitive and supportive at a difficult time. They helped us make our decisions without pushing and allowed the flexibility we wanted to personalise the funeral. They took a lot of the pressure off us, allowing us to grieve and remember without constantly worrying about the details of the funeral.

We could not have been more happy with the service we received. Tony was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. On the day everything was as we wanted it,giving Dad a day he would of been proud of.

So helpful and made the whole process very easy to cope with at a difficult time. All family and friends commented on the very appropriate civil service and it was a great tribute to Gwen's life and her character.

Tony and his team were absolutley fantastic .Nothing was too much trouble very understanding we were not rushed or pressured at anytime .
They were all very compassionate and caring .They all looked after my husband very well at this sad time .

Both Tony and Kirby were utterly excellent, from my very first phone call to after the funeral itself.  They were kind, sympathetic, thoughtful respectful and thoroughly organised.  Should you require these types of services I would not hesitate to recommend them.
