The service we received from all the staff, from beginning to end was amazing.
Thank you to all of them for making a difficult time more tolerable.
The funeral was exactly how we envisaged it to be and more. It has made it easier to take the next step to moving on. Although that is a hard step to take.
Everyone who attended the funeral said "They could feel the warmth and the love."
Again a massive Thank you to all the staff.

From our first visit Kerrie put us at ease and sorted everything we needed in a calm relaxing manner. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was sorted just as Mum would have wanted.

Our experience at the time added stress and grief on top of what we were already going through. Lack of compassion and care when removing the body from the house, being assigned 3 funeral directors and poor communication at the planning stage Two outstanding members of the team supported us latterly and all went well.

Everything was organised efficiently and with sympathy and respect. We are grateful for their dedication. 
The only fault was a typo on the front of the service sheet, which had the date of the service as January, not February, and none of the 3 family proof readers spotted it either.

The service given was excellent. Charlotte was efficient,kind and very concerned that we knew exactly what was going on at all times. They were extremely helpful in liaising with the church and the burial ground to make things as easy as possible for us .

As my Mam had already paid for her funeral, the only thing we had to arrange was the day itself.
Nicky was really friendly, but professional & all areas were covered to ensure everything would be carried out as my Mam had requested.
Also on the day, Charlotte ensured transport & service were spot on, leaving us with no worries. Thank you.

The service we received from the start was superb. Charlotte made my Mum feel at ease and made sure Mum knew what would happen every step of the way. Charlotte kept in contact prior to the funeral and liased with the minister and the florists. On the day everything went like clockwork and I was impressed with the professionalism displayed. Again Charlotte explained everything step by step which helped put us at ease . I thoroughly recommend Horncastle Co-operative Funeral Service.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service. From first meeting Kirby in hospital with my mum in law to the day we said goodbye she was amazing, supportive, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to have involved in our care for ensuring we had everything just right!
