The Co-op Horncastle Funeral Home did an excellent job for Mum's funeral this week. The staff were very helpful and considerate at every stage, and made a difficult job doable for me. Like many people, I'd never had to arrange a funeral before, and they helped me through each stage, which helped enormously.
The celebrant they put me in touch with was excellent, and helped us put together a service that everyone thought captured Mum and had just the right tone. On the day, the staff were very professional. Everything went as well as I hoped it would. Nobody wants to have to go through this, but they made it as easy as it can be, I think.

I thought Kerry at the Horncastle branch was very good in arranging everything, very caring and understanding. On the day of the funeral we were looked after by John from the Louth branch. He did an amazing job and would definitely recommend
