Richard gave our family an EXCELLENT service from the time we walked in the door on the day of booking until the crematorium itself. He was kind enough to allow the funeral to be delayed because I had a brother in Australia who needed time to get to the UK. This was the first funeral I have had to plan and Richard and the staff I spoke to made it all very easy and giving me the right prompts at various stages of the organisation of the funeral. On the day nothing was too much trouble and my brothers were really impressed how smooth the whole experience was. Thank you and congratulations on an excellent team effort.

Everything from the initial planning to the actual funeral itself was organised with compassion and humility and just the right amount of sympathy and empathy. I was allowed to visit Dad in the chapel of rest with just a short amount of notice and they were very patient whilst we chose photographs for the Order Of Service. They accommodated us extremely well and both my Sister and I were very happy with how things turned out. The funeral was ran smoothly and was as good as we'd hoped. We think Dad would have been pleased himself.

The family dismayed,in hands of coroner,fortunately we had Cooperative funeral plan,& put everything in the directors hands,his knowledge allowed the family to get through an extended period of worry.

Richard at Holbeach Co-operative Funeral Service could not be more helpful.
I found him very easy to talk to, and if I had a query about anything I would either phone or go and see him. He was always willing to help in any way he could and answer any of my concerns no matter how small.
On the day of the funeral, everything was absolutely spot on.
If my mum could have been there, she would have been so proud.
