Anna is a wonderful, kind, caring person, nothing was too much trouble, I know she takes great care of the people in her care and shows them respect. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always there on the end of the phone answering any queries we had. She talked us through every step and gave us all the options. Gemma and her staff on the day of the funeral showed so much dignity and looked after all the family. 
Thankyou to all from all Lorraine's family.

all of the staff we dealt with where very sympathetic and helpful,
Michael Bryant especially went beyond our exceptions, he came to our house to make the funeral arrangements and listened to us.
he made all the arrangements and kept us informed all the way.
the funeral all went as planned,Michael and all the staff were very smart and respectful and gave us all the support and guidance needed to get through this difficult day,
it was all the small attention to every detail such as having a chair removed to allow for a wheelchair.
I would strongly recommend this company to get you through this difficult time.

Michael Bryant was our funeral director and from our very first meeting he put us at ease and took care of everything for us. Nothing was too much trouble and he even made a special journey to hand deliver a copy of the order of service booklet. He kept us informed of everything which was happening and the funeral itself was a seamless professional beautiful tribute to the life of our Mum Audrey.

We as a family can only say the very best service and support in our difficult times, Lee Beckett was in our opinion professional at all times offering us guidance,support, advice and comfort.

We were very fortunate that Our Late Mum had the foresight to take out a funeral bond with the Co-operative Funeral Services.

All arrangements were followed through and the overall experience was excellent,Lee kept us fully updated and informed at every stage of the events leading up to and after the service.

We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the Co-operative Funeral services to anyone.
