The whole team at kettles were marvellous. from the Funeral Director on the day to the patient receptionists , everyone couldn't have behaved more efficiently or sympathetically.
I felt listened to and respected throughout. where a request just wasn't possible they always had an alternative suggestion.
On the day everything went perfectly. i would recommend to everyone to put themselves in this teams hands with trust

Sadly lacking was the fact that nobody saw fit to explain that an urn for the ashes was an optional extra.
It was such a shock to find my wife had been returned in a plastic bag.

Everything else was done in accordance with my wishes.

Kettles really looked after myself and the family, with excellent personal care and attention to detail. They fully explained all the options available to us and guided us when appropriate. They cared for and looked after my late wife, and when the funeral day arrived everything went according to plan.
Her sons and myself were very pleased with the high level of service and the sympathetic and considerate care throughout.

Although there were staff absences due to illness, no-one’s fault, we had excellent service and the Skegness branch did a superb job with little notice.
