Ladies at Kettles very good. They listened, advised, helped, everything I needed as and when I needed it. Very respectful of my wife as well.
Nothing was too much bother, change number, no problem.
Day of the funeral, was a bit worrying for lots of reasons but we had a different funeral director and hadn't met him. Not a problem everything went very well. A lovely company, with very helpful, friendly staff.

I would like to give thanks to everyone involved in organising a funeral for my Mum. So much attention to detail was given and an incredible amount of preparations to ensure that things went smoothly.

Caring,thoughtful people. From the moment I contacted Kettles I was treated with compassion. The girls on reception were understanding and kept me up to date. My mother died while I was on holiday but the reception staff kept me up to date with appointments and all matters concerning.
Louise organised the funeral and what a lovely person she is. Everything was planned perfectly, with extensive eye for detail. The funeral service was first class thanks to Laura, who gave the eulogy.
Everyone some time has to go through the sad loss of a family member,but I can't recommend Kettles highly enough. Lovely caring staff who all helped to ease the sadness of bereavement.

Kind considerate and friendly. All the staff at kettles made what could have been a daunting experience into as pleasant an experience as Is possible on such a sad occasion. Everything was taken care of in a very professional manner.

Kirsty couldn't do enough to help. She was very polite and respectful throughout the whole experience. At one of the most difficult times in our family Kettles made sure they made everything as simple and straightforward as can be. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their support and level of care after dad passed away, nothing was to much trouble for them. The service was perfect and they were so respectful to dad.  However 3 days after dad had passed I received a phone call from the CO-OP ‘care team’ offering support at first. Then asking me questions about dad’s finances, ref house etc. I found this very upsetting and very insensitive obviously.  I think you should be aware of this practice and maybe be looked into for the future. Also my personal data had been passed on to you without my knowledge. Apart from that I would wholeheartedly recommend Kettles for exceptional service. Yours sincerely Fiona henderson

They catered for everything that was Mark. It was made so easy for me especially as I was not coping well with the loss of my brother. The service was conducted with total though on Mark, his likes and loves. It was so peaceful and so true to his memory. Thank you

Kettles were just excellent from start to finish. They took nearly all the stress out of the arrangements (which were far from simple) and made, what I believed to be difficult decisions, quite straightforward. They were very patient and understanding and were always available for any questions or queries. They were extremely respectful without being too formal. On the day of the funeral, the staff were magnificent taking care of everybody including the elderly and disabled guests and guided us through the ceremony. I found the fees very reasonable too. You only get one chance and I'm glad we entrusted Kettles with the arrangements. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Offered the small chapel as it was a small funeral party. Not informed it was not available until the morning of the funeral. Only hiccup! Very pleasant staff . Thankyou. Also sent invoice twice when we had already paid.
