It was very hard having a funeral for a wonderful daughter aged only 46 yes but I would highly recommend this service. The service was next to none. The staff were very helpful and understanding. The communication between us I could not fault and they did everything professionally which was very helpful at this very sad time. Thank you

Staff were friendly and efficient, making what can be an upsetting and stressful time much more bearable. Special mention to the gentleman who was in charge on the day, he explained every step as we went along so I knew what was happening and what I needed to do in a very gentle and reassuring manner. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Not that great! My husband had a direct  cremation I didn’t feel like I got a personal service from Grantham funeral care, I think the word care is misplaced there did not feel to be any care, communication was poor I had to chase things up, I felt like a number not a grieving person who had lost her husband. I put it down to the fact it was a direct cremation so no church service so no cars or hearse needed so not lining thier pockets so no care ! I have recently lost my parents and used a private concern! Very different the exact opposite of the above. I would not  recommend the co op to anyone . And now even tho I paid a hundred pounds to courier my husbands ashes to my address  I have to wait up to 28 days to get them ! Not really good enough and quite upsetting!

Grantham Funeralcare went above and beyond to ensure that my husband's funeral ran smoothly despite having to contend with Storm Eunice. Neil and Alex were always at the end of a phone or email when I needed help or advice and the initial meeting was conducted with quiet dignity and respect. Thank you both for helping me and my family at this highly emotional time. Your care and professionalism is exemplary.

Every member of the team were very professional,helpful, compassionate and caring even down to their choice of the celebrant, he was wonderful. My daughter said she heard them talking to my husband who had just died in such a respectful way, and were so careful with him. He was such a true gentleman, he would have admired them for their care.Everything went so smoothly and I thank them for all they did.

The funeral arranged for my mother was excellent. From the initial consultation until the day of the funeral we knew we were in good hands.
The funeral directors were kind, helpful and most of all understanding of our concerns and worries.
The funeral service was a wonderful memorial to a wonderful woman.

Amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and talked us through everything so we made the right decision for johns final wishes. I had to change some appointments and they always accommodated. The day of the funeral couldn’t have gone smoother. And everyone commented on how lovely the service and arrangements were. The whole process: from the first contact, through arranging the actual funeral service and on the day itself, everyone involved was professional, kind and understanding. The service and care we received from CO-OP Grantham Funeralcare in discussing and managing our mothers funeral arrangements was to the highest standard.

At all times we were dealt with professionally & sympathetically by Neil, Sandy and colleagues to give our mum the funeral and send-off she wished for.

We were guided through the process and everything requested was handled in a timely and efficient hassle free manner - not an easy task over the Christmas period, and the appointment of Katrine as Celebrant for the service was an excellent choice.
